Feminism isn’t the Resistance to the Patriarchy. Mostly.

It’s the kind of statement that will have some feminists wanting to throw tomatoes at me, and have at it. I think feminism gets a bad rap because of just that mentality. I’m all about the freedoms that allow anybody to throw their tomatoes. But I just want to go on record saying feminism isn’t about hating men, or even the patriarchy. I’m probably one of 8 million essays already existing on the topic. Clearly, it needs to be said over and over and over again.
